Absoulutly Not; Most of our agents did not have a
background in Insurance Sales.
As mentioned earlier, our team is more focused on the education of a client rather than
trying to sell a client a policy. We find that when you educate a client, then they understand
what is needed for their family and act accordingly.
One of the reasons our team has been so successful is that we focus on education instead of selling. Our Financial Wellness workshops are complimentary and endorsed by schools, businesses and churches; therefore, we have more people who need our financial education help rather than just family and friends.
Granted, being an Insurance agent is not a 9-5 job becasue you make your own schedule. However, the benefit of having a flexible work schedule far outweighs the times when you schedule to visit with a client after 5pm.
Once you have completed our extensive training & mentoring program, you will
be your own boss. This will allow you to grow your business and build your own
office/team. This does not mean you're doing it by yourself-our mentoring program is on-going and designed so that you will have multiple colleagues to help guide you throughout your career.
Absoulutely Not. Our company realizes that changing careers can be challenging so we make the transition easier by allowing you to work part-time until you're ready to go full-time. We have numerous associates on our team who like being school teachers or pastors but also like educating their clients and earning a part-time income; we want to do what is best for you and your family.
